Cooperation with our company can be conducted according to different contract schemes, depending on the tasks of a concrete project.
The contract signed before the beginning of cooperation without fail contains all necessary points:
the rights and duties of the parties, privacy, provisions concerning intellectual property and others.
However a contract may be concluded in accordance with one of the following schemes:
Contract with a fixed price (Fixed-Price)
Such scheme of cooperation is applied in the event that project’s cost is calculated completely before signing a contract.
As a rule final price calculation is carried out by drawing up detailed technical documentation. Concrete cost of works,
the schedule of project realization and requirements specification are stipulated directly in the text of such contract.
Contract with a changing price (Time & Material-based)
If the scope of works under a contract cannot be defined before its signing, or it can change in the course of project realization,
it is more reasonable to conclude a contract with a changing price. In this case work will be divided into stages, and on the basis
of each of them the calculation of material expenses will be done.
